Translators and Interpreters
Douglas Translations is always looking for new freelance translators and interpreters - professionals capable of embracing challenge and measuring their success by the success of our company.
To become a member of our freelance team, you must be a native speaker of the target language, have at least three years of translation or interpreting experience, a university degree and easy access to email. Strong candidates may be required to do a small test translation (not exceeding 150-200 words).
We seek experienced translators and interpreters in several professional fields (law, education, medicine, software, finance, engineering, etc.). DTP specialists, editors and proofreaders are also welcome to apply.
If you feel that you meet the above-mentioned requirements, please fill in the attached Vendor's form. We use the Vendor's form to make our database of translators and interpreters uniform, and it is mandatory. But if you fill that it doesn't cover all your professional achievements, feel free to send your CV as well.

Sales Associates
Douglas Translations is now seeking the following:
Title: Sales Associate
Type: Full Time
Salary: High commission percentage from all departmental sales
The candidate will preferably have previous sales experience and must have the ability to generate sales.
Tasks:
- to develop the business so that it can reach its potential in its market sector.
- to create a presence in the market by cold calls and visits and presentations to potential clients.
- to maintain and develop the client database.
- to contribute to all sales and marketing communications.
- to ensure that the current structure for customer care is maintained and enhanced.
Requirements:
- excellent English communication, negotiation and organization skills are essential.
- excellent customer service skills.
- prior experience in sales is a PLUS.
- ability to deal with a wide variety of potential customers from corporate companies to government and public sector organizations.
- lots of energy!
